# Marketplace (/docs/en/guides/marketplace)

The **Marketplace** lists forms, reports, emails and skills published for your country. It is free to add content. Under **Manage** in the sidebar, open **Marketplace**, or open **Library** and choose **Marketplace** inside it if you can create templates.

Everyone who uses templates can browse. Installing content for the practice needs the "Activate content library" permission, which owners and admins have by default. Skills are different: each person adds their own.

## Browse and check a listing [#browse]

Use **Search Marketplace…**, the topic filters or **Collections** to find content. Open a listing to check it before you install:

* **Published by** and **Source** show who made it and where it comes from.
* A license line says whether it is free with attribution, public domain, used with permission or owned by the publisher.
* **Available in** lists the languages, and **Countries** shows where it applies.
* A preview and a list of **Versions** show what you would get.

Availability depends on your practice's country. Changing your interface language does not change which content you can see.

## Install content [#install]

1. Open the listing.
2. Choose **Install**.
3. Find the item in the **Library** and use it.

<Callout type="warn">
 **Install** makes the content available to your whole practice. Below the button, Salisan says which version you get. Updates that only change wording apply automatically, and a new structural version asks first. If you do not have permission, the button reads **Ask an owner or admin to add this**.
</Callout>

A collection is a starting set, not a subscription. Choose **Install remaining** to add the items you do not have yet. Recalled items are skipped.

For a skill, the button is **Add to My skills**. This adds it only to your own Agent, and you switch it on or off in Agent settings. See [Skills](/docs/en/guides/skills).

## Update installed content [#update]

Installed items with a newer version show **Update to** and the version. Open it to see **What changes**, marked **Wording** or **Structural**, and the release note.

Choose **Update** to move to the new version, or **Keep** the current version.

For forms, responses already collected stay on the version they were collected under. New responses use the new version, and Insights keeps the two apart.

## Remove content [#remove]

Choose **Remove from organization** on the listing. Salisan first shows **Still in use**: the open deliveries, queued sends and care plan references that use the content. Check them before you choose **Remove**.

The item stays in the Marketplace, so you can install it again later. If a publisher withdraws content, it is marked **Withdrawn by the publisher** or **Recalled** and can no longer be used. Remove it and choose a replacement.

## Make your own copy [#duplicate]

If the license allows it, choose **Duplicate to your library** to get an editable copy.

<Callout type="warn">
 A copy stops receiving updates from the publisher, and your practice becomes responsible for keeping it correct. The copy is marked as based on the original and its version.
</Callout>
