# Cookie and analytics notice

Salisan, Inc. uses necessary storage to remember your language, appearance and privacy choices on this public website. With your consent, we use Umami to understand which pages and actions are useful. Measurement is optional and off by default. Allow and Decline are equally available, and rejecting measurement does not affect access to the website.

Salisan operates Umami on AWS in Frankfurt, Germany; Umami Cloud does not receive these records. For the A/B tests of the home page, the Insights page, the Agent page and the Clinical records page, consenting visitors receive a stable A or B design of each page. ## Measurement data we permit

We collect approved page paths and events, referral domains, approximate country, browser, operating system, device type, language and screen dimensions. Your IP address and browser information are processed briefly to derive these statistics and an identifier that changes daily; raw IP addresses and user-agent strings are not stored in analytics records. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control prevent analytics, even after an earlier acceptance.

## Data we prohibit

Names, email addresses, account, organization or patient identifiers, health data, form, search or free text, URL queries or fragments, precise location, persistent raw IP addresses or user agents, advertising identifiers, replay, heatmaps, and marketing pixels.

## Change or withdraw your choice

Use Privacy choices in the footer at any time when measurement is available. Withdrawal stops subsequent measurement and records a new choice. Consent evidence is kept for three years from each decision; analytics is kept for 13 months. Automated database backups expire separately within 35 days after deletion.
