Every chat is kept on the Agent page. Privacy and control ## What it sees, where it lives, what it keeps. The Agent works inside your clinic's rules, with the same access as the person asking. - Your permissions, nothing more The Agent can only see and do what the person asking is allowed to. - Leave any patient out Exclude a patient from AI, and the Agent cannot read their record, act for them or transcribe their visits. - Stored in your clinic's region For clinics in Europe, patient records are stored in Germany. For clinics in the US, they will be stored in the US. - Not used to train AI We do not use patient data to train AI models. - A history of every change Each change to a record shows who made it and when, including changes made with the Agent. Confirmations and declines are kept too. - Chats your clinic controls Agent chats are kept for 90 days, or for between 30 and 365 days if your clinic chooses. ## Questions about the Agent ### Can the Agent change a patient's record without me? No. Changes to a record are proposed and join it only when you press Keep. A visit write-up joins the record when you add it. ### Does it send or book anything on its own? No. Sending an email or a form, and booking, moving or cancelling an appointment, always wait for your confirmation. Emails and forms are held for 30 seconds after you confirm, so you can still undo them. ### Does the Agent diagnose or suggest treatment? No. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment or rank patients. It finds what is in the record, writes down what was said and handles the admin. Clinical decisions stay with you. ### Is it an AI scribe? It does what a scribe does, and keeps going. Record the visit and it writes it up, each entry with the words it came from. Then it can draft the letter, book the follow-up and send the form, in the same place. ### How do I check its answers? Answers cite the record they came from. Click a source to open it beside the conversation, and open the steps to see what the Agent read. ### Where is patient data stored, and is it used to train AI? For clinics in Europe, patient records are stored in Germany. For clinics in the US, they will be stored in the US. We do not use patient data to train AI models. ### Which languages does it work in? English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. It answers in the language you write in and writes letters to patients in their preferred language. ### What does it cost?
