All of the care.None of the clutter.

Salisan is clinic software with an AI Agent built in. It takes the admin off your team, so clinicians have more time for patients and the clinic runs at its best.

Plan

Home exercises. Follow-up in two weeks.

Every visit leaves paperwork behind. The Agent drafts the notes, letters, bookings and forms. You check them and approve what goes out.

How it works

  1. Ask in plain words

Type or say what you need, as you would to a colleague. Mention a patient with @.

  2. See every step

Each step is named, with the sources the Agent used.

  3. Approve what goes out

Bookings, emails and forms wait on a card. Edit them, then approve or decline.

Documentation

Write up the visit.

Record the visit and the Agent summarizes it, each point linked to the moment it was said. The page stays yours to edit, like any document.

Clinical records

Features

Visit notes

Or type it yourself

Everything can also be typed or picked by hand in the same document.

Trust

You stay in charge.

The Agent does the work. The decisions that matter stay with you.

  • Nothing goes out without you

Bookings, emails and forms wait on a card until you approve. Emails and forms are held for 30 seconds, so you can undo.

  • Record changes wait for Keep

Readings, allergies and medications from a visit are proposed. They join the record only when you press Keep.

  • Every step in the open

The Agent names each step and shows the sources it used, so you can check its work.

  • Stored in your clinic's region

For clinics in Europe, patient records are stored in Germany. For clinics in the US, they will be stored in the US.

  • Not used to train AI

We do not use patient data to train AI models.

  • A history of every change

Each change to the record shows who made it and when, including changes made with the Agent.

Questions clinics ask first

Can the Agent update a patient's record without me?

No. Changes to a patient's record are proposed and join the record only when you press Keep. Bookings, emails and forms wait for your go-ahead too.

Does the Agent make clinical decisions?

No. It does not diagnose or choose treatment. It writes down what was said, finds information in the record and handles the admin. Clinical decisions stay with you.

Where is our patient data stored?

In your clinic's region. For clinics in Europe, patient records are stored in Germany. For clinics in the US, they will be stored in the US.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. We do not use patient data to train AI models.

Do I have to record my visits?

No. Recording is the quickest way to a drafted note, but you can type or pick everything yourself in the same document.

Which languages does Salisan support?

English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
