EHR with a built-in AI scribe
The EHR that drafts the note. You check it and sign.
Write the visit like a document, and type / to add a reading, medication or the next appointment. Or record it, and the Agent drafts the note for you to check. Nothing enters the record until you add it.

The draft

After the visit, press Write up. The Agent drafts the note and the entries it heard, each with the moment in the recording and your own words. Anything it cannot tie to a moment is marked unsure, so you know what to check.

One page per patient
The record
The Record page puts what matters first: allergies, the care team and the next appointment, then diagnoses, medication, readings and forms. A section shows up only when it has something in it.
Seven more pages hold the rest: Visits, Documents & files, Tasks, Care plans, Emails, Requests and History.

New planThe Agent
Ask anything about the patient.
On any of the patient's pages, ask the Agent a question. It answers from the record and names its sources, and each source opens where it lives, so you can check it.
Click a source or a link in the answer to open it in the record.
The whole record
The rest of the record, one click away.
Behind the Record page are the pages a practice works from every day: every change in History, the documents and files, the tasks, and what went to the patient.
History
Every change with who made it and when, the Agent's part marked.
Documents & files
Visit notes, referral notes and filed reports in one list.
Tasks
What the team still has to do for the patient, and who has it.
Requests
What was sent to the patient to fill in, and what came back.
Emails
Every email the patient was sent, and whether it arrived.
Readings and forms
Patients fill in their part.
Ask for a reading every week, or send a form, by link. The patient answers on their phone, with no app and no account. The reading lands in Vitals and the answers in Forms, for you to read.
Your practice has your answers. If there’s another request, it will come by email.
Sent securely on behalf of your care team.

New planYour records
A record you can rely on later.
A record is only worth something if it still holds up years from now. These are the rules Salisan keeps.
Stored in your clinic's region
For clinics in Europe, patient records are stored in Germany. For clinics in the US, they will be stored in the US.
Not used to train AI
We do not use patient data to train AI models.
Nothing recorded is deleted
A wrong entry is withdrawn with a reason. It stays readable and struck through.
A history of every change
History shows who changed what, and when, including what was drafted with the Agent.
Leave any patient out
Exclude a patient from AI, and the Agent, transcription and file reading stay off for them.
Take the whole record with you
Export a patient's record as one file that opens offline, with its access history if you need it.
Questions clinics ask
What is in a patient's record in Salisan?
Eight pages: Record, Visits, Documents & files, Tasks, Care plans, Emails, Requests and History. The Record page sums up the patient: allergies, care team, next appointment, diagnoses, medication, readings and forms.
Does the Agent put anything in the record without me?
No. What the Agent drafts waits in the note until you add it to the record, and you sign the note when it is right.
Do I have to record my visits?
No. You can write the whole note yourself and type / to add readings, medication, diagnoses and the next appointment. Recording is there when it helps, and you can turn it off for any patient.
Where is patient data stored, and is it used to train AI?
For clinics in Europe, patient records are stored in Germany. For clinics in the US, they will be stored in the US. We do not use patient data to train AI models.
Can I correct or remove an entry?
Yes. Correct it, or withdraw it with a reason. A withdrawn entry stays readable and struck through, and History shows who did it and when. Nothing recorded is deleted.
Are diagnoses coded?
Clinics in Germany can code diagnoses with ICD-10-GM. Elsewhere you write diagnoses in your own words, and Salisan suggests the names your clinic has used before.
Can patients add to their record?
They can fill in forms and send readings from a link, without an account or an app. Their answers land in the record for you to review.
Can we take our records with us?
Yes. You can export a patient's whole record as one file that opens offline, with its access history if you need it.
Does Salisan do billing or e-prescribing?
Not yet. Salisan covers the record, visits, scheduling, patient forms and the Agent. Keep your billing and prescribing tools next to it for now.
What does it cost?
Salisan is priced per practitioner per month, with a lower price for staff, and the Agent is included in every plan. The pricing page has the details. Pricing
