Sent securely on behalf of your care team.
The same headings, greetings and questions, typed again for every patient. Salisan keeps one copy of each note, letter and form, and fills in the patient for you.
01 · Notes
Start every note with a structure.
Open a visit note and choose Import template. The headings you always use are there, with the patient's name, date of birth and today's date already filled in.
02 · Letters
Letters start addressed and written.
Use a template in a new letter and it is written to the patient by name, from your clinic, ready to change before you send it.
03 · Forms
Send a form to the patient's phone.
Patients open the link with no app and no account. Ask once before a visit, or every day, week or two weeks. The answers land in the record.
Send to the patient
A link goes to maria.janssen@example.com. Answers land in the record.

Write your own, or start from one.
Ask the Agent to draft a template, add a ready-made one from the Marketplace, or write it yourself. Nothing reaches a patient until you publish it.

Questions clinics ask first
Can I add a template to a note I have already started?
Yes. Import template replaces what is written with the template. Salisan asks first, and the earlier text stays in the note's History.
Which details fill in by themselves?
Wherever the template has them: the patient's name, date of birth, email and phone, today's date, the author, and your clinic's name, email and phone.
Do patients need an account to fill in a form?
No. They open the link from their email on a phone or computer. There is no app to install and no account to create.
Can the Agent publish or send a template on its own?
No. A template the Agent drafts stays a draft until you publish it. When you ask the Agent to send a form or a letter, it waits for your go-ahead and holds it for 30 seconds, so you can still undo.
Are the Marketplace templates free?
Yes. Note, letter and form templates on the Marketplace are free to add. You see the ones published for your clinic's country, and some can be copied into your Library so you can edit them.
Does Salisan score questionnaires such as the PHQ-9?
No. Salisan shows the answers as the patient gave them, and Worth a look points out what changed since last time. Scoring stays with you, and a template's guide can explain how to do it.
Which languages can a template be in?
English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. Translate a template in one pass, then adjust the wording. A form opens in the language the patient's phone or computer is set to, when the template has it.
Where is our patient data stored?
In your clinic's region. For clinics in Europe, patient records are stored in Germany. For clinics in the US, they will be stored in the US.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. We do not use patient data to train AI models.
