Your locations, how many practitioners, and what you need, such as single sign-on or your own roles. It goes straight to our sales team.

Talk it through
A call to see Salisan on your own questions, and to answer your security and data protection questions.

Agree one contract
Your price per practitioner, AI credits, term and data processing agreement, in one agreement. You pay by invoice.

Start working
We switch your workspace to Enterprise. Your admin connects single sign-on and sets up roles in Settings.

Questions about pricing

What counts as a practitioner, and what as staff?

Practitioners document and prescribe; staff schedule, bill and message. Each member takes one seat, and a staff seat costs less than a practitioner seat.

What are AI credits?

The Agent uses credits when it works for you, for example when it answers, searches a record or drafts a letter. Every plan includes credits for each practitioner every month. If you need more, the owner can allow extra credits at the price above, up to a monthly cap they set.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. An upgrade starts straight away, and you pay only the difference for the rest of your billing period. A move to a smaller plan starts when the period you've paid for ends. Nothing is deleted: above a lower plan's limit, you simply can't add more.

Can we try Salisan first?

Yes. Trials are arranged with the Salisan team: book a call and we'll set one up for your clinic.

How does cancelling work?

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, monthly or yearly.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT and other taxes, which are added where they apply.
