We take the admin off your mind, so your mind can stay with your patient.

One workspace for small clinics, where the AI handles the paperwork and a clinician makes every decision.

Care got buried under admin.

Ask anyone who works in a small clinic about their day. Six logins. Three calendars. Notes finished late in the evening. A follow-up letter that waits until Friday. A form that went to the wrong inbox.

None of it is care, and all of it takes up room in your head. Room that belongs to the person in front of you.

The software clinics depend on was meant to help, and too often it became the work. We started Salisan to give that room back.

Where the AI comes in.

The admin in a clinic is mostly writing, sorting and remembering. That is the work AI is good at, so that is the work we give it.

From your visit, it drafts the note for you to read, change and sign. Letters, forms and follow-ups are ready when the visit ends. It finds a time that fits and suggests the booking. And when you have a question about your patients, it answers from your own records and shows where each answer came from.

What we believe.

We believe care comes first and admin comes second. We judge every feature by one question: does it take something off a clinician’s mind? If it adds a screen, a step or a worry, we keep working on it until it doesn’t.

Two things we will never do.

We will never train AI on your patients’ data, or on anything else your clinic writes, and our agreements with AI providers don’t allow them to either. For clinics in the EU, patient data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany.

And we will never let the AI act without you. No message, booking or change to a record goes out on its own initiative.

You can read exactly how we handle patient data in our privacy policy and our list of subprocessors.

Who we are.

Salisan, Inc. was founded by Mohammed Al-Azzani and launched in October 2026. It is built by a small team that works side by side with the clinicians who use it.
