Get started
Pick the path for your role, learn how Salisan works and set up your account.
Get started shows you what to do in your first week and explains the few ideas that the rest of the help center relies on. Choose the path that matches your job.
Start with your role
For doctors and therapists
Open your patients, write a visit note, add findings to the record and sign.
For nurses and assistants
Record readings, document contacts, work the task list and ask patients for information.
For front desk
Register patients, book appointments, send forms and emails, and hand over open work.
For practice admins
Set up the practice, invite your team with the right roles and publish what patients receive.
New to Salisan

These pages explain ideas that other pages link to.
- Saved, recorded and signed: what a draft, a saved note, a record entry and a signed visit each mean.
- Roles and access: why you see some patients and buttons and not others.
- Countries and languages: the practice country, your interface language and the patient's language.
- The Agent and you: what the Agent can do, when it asks and what it costs in credits.
